Reclaimed Wood Barn Doors and Stained Hardwood Doors
Wood brings warmth to any room, and our reclaimed wood barn doors and stained hardwood doors are built to be the centerpiece of it. We use reclaimed timber and solid hardwood, build each door by hand, and finish it with hardware we make ourselves.
Reclaimed Barn Wood with History
One of our doors is made from barn wood from the East Coast, with red oak, white oak and poplar boards and a window feature for a clean, traditional look. Another has a chevron pattern in reclaimed red and white oak with heavy duty blackened steel hardware. A third pairs reclaimed wood with satin steel and a metal band for a contemporary feel.
Stained, Charred and Textured Hardwood
We also work in ash, alder and other hardwoods. We have wire brushed ash to dig out the grain and stained it gray, built herringbone doors using mortise and tenon joinery the old fashioned way, and charred ash until it crackles, then lightly painted it dark red. Ranch style doors with a wire wheeled wood frame can be made in any wood, painted or stained.
Details That Finish the Door
A patina steel band, satin glass panels for privacy, a window feature or a full length mirror can all be added, and a clean contemporary design is just as possible as a rustic one. Our custom tracks, rollers and handles are made in house to match.
